Frozen Laundry & the Bad Ass Guarantee

We stand behind, between and inside of all the things we make, and we want you to be just as comfortable doing the same.

Being an environmentally conscious manufacturer extends beyond mere production of clothes whose constituent parts are “green,” it also means developing and manufacturing garments that can endure our rigorous daily activities and wild lives in our chosen environments; We want something that stands up to our play, but breaks down when it comes time to return it to the Earth. This is one of many reasons we choose natural fibres that decompose in the landfill or recycled, reclaimed and reused fibres – like polyesters and nylons – that can be diverted from the ground and used again and again.

In the meantime, we want you in a garment you can play, work, ride and live in.

Our garments tend to fit a little bigger than what you’re probably used to, so make sure that you check out our sizing chart. This important (albeit boring) step will save everyone time and money, and who wouldn’t enjoy saving just a little bit more of both?

Warranty Info

Frozen Laundry offers a full money back guarantee within thirty (30) days of the original purchase of any unwashed and unworn merchandise. Try it on, flex your muscles, reach up to the sky, pretend to be riding your bike while making motorcycle noises, you know the drill. If it doesn’t fit, then send it back. It’s as simple as that. We will exchange, credit or refund your purchase.

However, you must send a copy of the receipt, your name, phone number, e-mail address and mailing address along with the package so we know how to get a hold of you. Also, with money back guarantees, you cover the shipping costs back to us.

Frozen Laundry also provides a one (1) year manufacturer warranty to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers the following:

a)     defective sewing – not including embroidery

b)    faulty zippers

c)     broken snaps

d)    broken closures

This does not include:

a)     normal wear and tear from everyday use

b)    rips, tears and runs from accidents, negligence and abuse
        ie) snagging on a tree, falling on a rock, shimmying on the gravel, wrestling Sasquatch, changing your oil, etc

c)     material fading from sun, bleach, etc

d)    pilling of fabric materials
       (this is a common characteristic of lightweight polyester jerseys - it happens. Now you know.)

e)     shrinkage, loss of waterproofing or uv protection resulting from improper care

f)      anything you have tried to self repair

g)     any Frozen Laundry product purchased from an unauthorized dealer

You must have a copy of the receipt providing the purchase date to verify your warranty. If you don’t supply a receipt, the actual manufacturing date of the article will be used as the start of the warranty period.

Also, please include your name, phone number, e-mail address, mailing address and some information about what needs fixing. Please mark defects with masking tape – NOT DUCT TAPE!

For the health and safety of our team, all clothing being returned for repair/replacement MUST be washed and cleaned.

Once the Frozen Laundry warranty team receives your returned product, they will examine it and determine whether or not it falls under warranty coverage.

If the Frozen Laundry warranty team decides your product falls under warranty protection, we will always try to repair your product first, and replace it second. We will then ship the item back to you at our cost.

If the Frozen Laundry warranty team deems your product does not fall under warranty, we can either send the product back to you at your cost, or take it to a textile recycling facility free of charge. 

It is in your best interest to ship with a courier that will give you a tracking code as Frozen Laundry is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Repairs typically take 1 -2 weeks so please be patient; you can check the status of your warranty claim by e-mailing us at info@frozenlaundry.ca. Just be sure to give the product enough time to ship to us first!
